Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.  Your order may experience postal service delays if the carrier is handling high volumes of deliveries.

Free Local Pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our Hobart CBD Studio. After placing your order and selecting Free Local Pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 3 business days. We will phone you to discuss collection time and details.

Orders are packed on  Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays and can be collected any day of the week.  We may request to see photo ID when you collect your order.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to the following countries: Asia Pacific Region, United States of America.  If you reside in another country and are interested in placing an order please reach out by email and we can arrange a quote for you.

Shipping charges for international orders are currently calculated individually, please email us with your name, the items you wish to order, your full address and we will reply with a shipping quote to be added to the total order amount.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.  Tracking is provided by the postal service provider, you can check their website for updates.

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If one of your carriers falls into this group, you should look up their policy and communicate it to your customers here. 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition on arrival. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
